Dear Rosacea Support Group, Sorry for not getting back
to you sooner. My life has been a bit busy, as I have
recently discovered that I am pregnant with my first
child. I recieved the book, and got to the
carbohydrate chapter, and then found out the good
news. I also recently read in the latest Fit
Pregnancy issue that high proteine diets can be
harmful to the developing fetus, so I stopped the
diet. I have however, contiued to cut out all sweets.
I'm not sure if my skin improved from the diet or
from my pregnancy, but I have noticed a differenc-
less red to not red at all, and less acne. I hope to
restart the diet in about a year and a half. Thank
you very much- I really enjoyed the book and have
