I got the Rosacea Diet book about a month ago. I was in the midst of
an episode brought on by a couple of oranges. Silly me, I knew I
shouldn't have eaten them. I had just started Weight Watchers - lost
6 lbs. and BAM! My face was red, swollen and then got drya nd
flaky. I had the book sent overnight and began reading it
immediately. My face is looking so good that yesterday, a friend
told me that she didn't know what I was doing , but that I'd better
keep it up because I looked so wonderful. Well that and a loss of 18
lbs. and the improvement in my skin is enough for me. Thank you
Brady for all your research and continued support of Rosacea
sufferers like yourself. When I got the book, I just knew that if it
this worked I could avoid antibiotics. My Mom has Lupus and I think
it may have been helped along because of the antibiotics her doc
prescribed at the drop of a hat....
I have a question. I found this baking mix which touted -0- net
carbs! Woohoo! wouldn't that be great! The labelling lists 4g
carbs and 4g fiber and I think they maintain that there is
essentially no effect to your blood sugar so they claim -0- NET
carbs. What do you think about this? I have included the link in
