I have finished the diet and my face was better. I did not cheat. I was
left with dots and a little redness. I think I should have also given up
dairy. So I am now on a low carb no sugar no dairy kind of think to see
how it goes. Also am using Nase book and some lotion from Perricone. My
skin seems damaged. Not the smooth skin I use to know. I am hoping over
time it will heal itself. Everything I do seems to improve it. Hope dairy
makes it go the rest of the way. I know I will always react to heat. It
is something I can't get away from. But recovery will be quicker when my
skin in under control
