First may I apologise for some unsolicited mail from a certain 'lady'
that got through the net whilst my systems were down.

The lady in question has been banned from the site and the offending
mails deleted.

To avoid dubious membership, in the shot-term, I have now opted to
approve all requests for membership, and not have an open invite.
Looking further out we might invite you to a social network site that
offers better facilities for interchange on eyecare matters which is
under development.

Look out for some good news on our mother site www.roisght.org. We
recently featured in the Matching Grants data base Newsletter for
our 'Novices Guide to Matching Grants'

We are hoping to pull together another project, this time in
Pakistan, and have hopes for others in Africa and Afghanistan, so
please do encourage donations.

We are also planning to exhibit at the RI Convention 2009, here in
the UK. Hopefully we might catch up with you at our stand.
