A happy New Year to all,

ROI is pleased to announce the release of CFP, following agreement by V2020UK's International Committee.

CFP looks to bring the impressive array of voluntary eye-care programmes conducted in less developed countries to a wider global audience. It is open to all service clubs, individuals, Institutions and other organisations.

CFP and activities will be mapped and tracked between now and World Sight Day on 11^th October 2007, to showcase & provide an opportunity to support a range of practical humanitarian programmes, and sight awareness activities, in the hope that collectively we can help make blindness history.

Following our pre-release statement (4^th December), we are pleased that some 90 individuals and organisations have dipped into the relevant web page to find out more.
