Cyberspace RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) Support Group. Discussion list for RLS/PLMD sufferers. Topics include treatments, medications, alternative therapies and most of all....support from over 1240 other RLS sufferers from all over the world. This support group has been very effective for people that do not have a local RLS Support group in their areas. As always,yahoo groups are free to join, and always have been.

So, come on in and join the group! Someone will have an answer for your questions, or know where to send you to get them. We have so much experience here, and we have a great support system. We also REALLY want for members to do research, read the links we send in for info, so you can be prepared for any questions that might come up. OF course, nothing can replace the personal touch of human communication, but getting a good knowledge base is key to developing coping skills. Knowledge is power.
Please remember, if you decide to join us, we cover all topics that are connected with RLS and anything that will affect it. We tell personal stories about how RLS affects us, and we DO cover all sleep disorders, and ensuing problems.So, remember that
