This group is especially for people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), but anyone who would like to read about or discuss the experience of taking low dose naltrexone (ldn) for an autoimmune disease is welcome. We hope that this list will:

1.improve awareness of ldn among people with rheumatoid arthritis
2.be a place for questions and discussions specific to ra/ldn where they won’t be lost in larger lists
3.discuss the diets and supplements recommended for RA and that help ldn to work well

We are not doctors, nor do we have any medical qualifications – we just have RA.
