Hi Pannapong,
it looks like Dr. Virendra Agarwal has already conducted
several surgeries, at least that is what he mentions in his published
work. Though his results look encouraging I will also like to seek
opinion from other experts, doctors and researchers about his new
discovery. I do have some confidence in his claims as he took the
right steps of publishing his results in peer reviewed journals. So
once further doubts are removed and the process goes through some more
scrutiny, then only it should be safe to undergo the surgery. Anyway
its always to good to be hopeful and as biological sciences are making
progress in leaps and bounds we hope that the cure is near,
