in the test (non-human) subjects.
Personally I take 100mg in the AM Longevinex. Very happy with it.
Been doing so for years... there have been days where I took one in
the AM, worked all day (very heavy I.T. - extremely dense),
took another one at 8pm, worked all night, and THEN took one at
8am and then went to Disneyland for a FULL day and then came
home and had a normal 6-8 hours sleep.... and went to work for
a regular workweek after that. If Resveratrol didn't facillitate that
I don't know what did...
Also, I hit it from another side with plenty of red wine... daily, 7
days a week, but not those particular days as above. The amount I
take is 3-5 glasses PER DAY.
I take other supplements as well (Fish Oil (9-10g/day, CoQ10,
Red Yeast Rice, Niacin, Vitamin D, Pycnogenol, etc.) regular
fish 2x per week (sushi), etc.
So a fairly heavy regimen compared to many I suspect.
Have a great week.

Yes, I currently take 500 mg daily, one dose in the morning. Over the past two years I have experimented with doses ranging to over 2 grams, BID.
I do not use a commercial brand. I have been in the botanical extract business in non-supplement areas, but am able to get very high quality extracts that test well.
FWIW, I believe it's also important to supplement with CoQ10 with resveratrol, to provide an NAD substrate for P53 acetylation.

Max,
Do you take Resveratrol?
If so, what dosage and brand
are you taking?
