Indeed, Resveratrol has been directly linked to insulin sensitivity, blood sugar levels, etc. You will need a significant dosage to get the true benefits, in the 400 - 500 mg per day range. Declining insulin sensitivity in an over-sugared culture is a big issue for people as they move through their lives towards diabetes, obesity, and its insidious, inevitable outcome. Resveratrol is a monster save, in just that area alone. It's well beyond the in-vitro phase now as far as I'm concerned. In-vivo is where we're at. --Stuart P.S. Just popped my 10 grams of fish oil. and 100mg of Longevinex. Yum!
