Carpal Tunnel & Wrist Problems

Carpal Tunnel and wrist problems are considered to be a
leading cause of lost work and disability among secretaries, hair
dressers, cashiers, computer operators, carpenters,
and bodyworkers. This course addresses what you can do to
resolve the problem without surgery.

Prerequisites: CMT
Tuesdays, Nov 29, Dec 6
7 - 10 pm
Tuition: $120

Learn:
To recognize the difference between Repetitive Strain Injury and
Carpal Tunnel.
What techniques to use for the different stages of RSI, Carpal
Tunnel and tendonitis.
A wealth of information regarding self care for bodyworkers.

David Weinstock
has been practicing and teaching bodywork since 1973 after
completion of 1000 hours of training from the New Mexico
School of Natural Therapeutics. Post-graduate studies include
deep tissue and structural bodywork, neuromuscular
re-education, and cranio sacral therapy with Dr. John Upledger.
He specializes in TMJ dysfunction, carpal tunnel syndrome and
head and spinal injuries.
