Thanks, Julie.  I had an appointment a week later and they had to realign
the radius.  I explained the cts to the PA and doc (different from the
hospital) and they redid the cast-it's better.  I can self-refer to PT and
will do so hen the cast is off.  I do use arnica.  I'll also ask for a
massage referral.  That's what helped me so much before.
