Hi Marcie,

Besides adding spicy foods, and taking a high potency multi-vitamin every
day, I also take 2000mg of MSM.
It has kept me from having surgery, which "they" were saying I had to have
because I was so far gone with nerve damage.
Massage is also very beneficial. Massage from your fingertips, all the way
up your arm, to the spot between the shoulderblades. I get my husband to do
it for me about every other day.
