Hi,
There is definitely something you can do
to reverse the entire situation.
You have repetitive strain injuries to the muscles of the forearm that
all insert at the wrist and hand.
Because of their location they put severe pressure on the median nerve
and cause the numbness. You only
have to release the tension in the muscle and you will be fine. You can go to a qualified deep muscle
therapist (a physical therapist doesn’t work the muscles in a way that
releases spasms) and you can save yourself a lot of time, money and also get
better results by learning how to self treat the muscles that are causing the
pain.
Go to www.aboutcts.com
and read the section called “Anatomy Lessons”. You may also like to read the forum and follow
the threads to see how other people have asked questions and gotten answers.
The best news is,
you definitely don’t need surgery, or drugs, to resolve this condition.
Wishing you well,
Julie

I'm new here and I was forced to join because for the
last three
nights my hand, wrist and arm have been hurting so
much from Carpal
Tunnel that I can't sleep. It's not just the
computer that is
frying my hand, it's also the job I do on a coffee
cart in a bingo
hall. Is there is anything I can do to stop the
pain, or at least
ease it?
