First off......it will get better.............I've been dealing with it for
5 years plus now.........and had surgery
Second find a good doctor and get treatment immediately.......and do
research!
Third, analyze everything you do in your life.......aka.
what actions cause this.......limit those actions and/or find ways to lesson
the strain on your body.
Fourth, you don't have to be "crippled" if you take care of
yourself.......i'm not sure it ever get's 100 percent again but I've been
back to a decently normail somewhat pain free life the last couple years
but it takes effort.
