I've never posted on here b4 so I'm not sure if I'm doing this
right. Please 4give me if I'm not. Bernie, if it's not too late I
would recommend using the surgery as a last alternative. If u have
the money maybe u should see a chiropractor first. Many doctors r
surgery-happy so it's a good idea to explore many options. Most ppl I
have talked to said the surgery was only a temporarily fix.
Throughout my research I have found that for ppl like me there is no
cure, but if your symptoms rn't too bad then u should have fairly
good odds of getting better w/o surgery. I'm not an expert or
anything though, which is why I'm posting my own message for
treatment options. Maybe I'll get some replies that might help u. I
