I am still taking B6 50mg/day. This is controversial to many doctors.
FDA suggest not to pass over 100mg/day.
Someone on a french medicine group told me to take also (for nerve
and sheath regeneration) :
B1
B3 (Niacin)
B6
B9 (Acid Folic)
A complex set of vitamins includes B1,2,3,5,6,9,12 so I could take a
complex set? Accessory, my massagist told me to take Calcium Supp.

I am still awoken each night after 4 hours of sleep by tinglings in
the two arms in the two little fingers. Any help on that?
