Hi to all,

gosh I am so glad to find this group. BTW, it should be placed in
this category of Yahoo :

I have CTS and Cubital Tunnel Syndrome since 2 months. I am still
taking right now Celebrex 200mg or Naproxyn 1g/d. (NSAIDS)

For the boy who goes to surgery, I have to say there's another way to
cure all of us. I am reading the book "Pain Free at your PC" from
Pete Egoscue (he has a website too) and this is a REVELATION! The
pain coming from your wrists isn't from there but from misalignments
of joints/skeletal etc. in you shoulders/back spine.

Surgery won't free all of us. Ergonomics, too.

This is a must read! Go to amazon to get the book! Do _WELL_ the
exercices to realign your spine/hips etc. I can already feel the
results. I heard from the book by my massagist (massoir? the guy who
do massages :-)

I will go to a chiropractor or Osteopath in a while...

Osteopathics is better, to me. I already been to one. I advise not to
go more than 1 time per year because Osteopathics can harm too.

> Ive learnt more from searching the net, than by talking to Doctors.

Me too. )*@#$%^ of HMO's (Human Mutilation Organisation)
Denis.
(I'm French and living in Pasadena,CA)
I am not a sponsor of Mr Egoscue but when it does good, it cannot
harm to speak of him and especially his health methods.
Now I need to read the archives from the list. Bye. No, I'd rather go
to swim on the back to strenghten it and realign it.

Does it helps? I am still taking B6 50mg/day. This is controversial to many doctors. FDA suggest not to pass over 100mg/day. Someone on a french medicine group...
