This list is devoted to discussion of any of the various releasing or "letting go" methods and/or systems derived from the teachings of the American spiritual teacher Lester Levenson. This includes the Release Technique, also known as the Release Method, and the Sedona Method, along with the half-dozen or so other releasing and letting go systems that are largely based upon Lester's work.

This list group was founded by and is operated by Vinny Pinto, a mystic, intuitive, spiritual healer and scientist.
