Specifically looking for:
Hypnosis professionals who realize that something essential is missing in their practice and feel there is more potential somewhere deep within the processes called hypnosis / hypnotherapy, but have not yet found it. And practitioners that feel an emptiness or are missing a piece of the puzzle - within themselves, which is holding them back personally and professionally.

Qualifications:
Training in hypnosis, hypnotism, and hypnotherapy, and at the very least basic training in regression work from a nationally recognized, certified hypnosis organization such as:

The NGH: National Guild of Hypnotists
The ACHE: American Counsel of Hypnotists Examiners
Or a certification with a school / organization of honorable reputation.
