Re: [Reflexology Community ] Required hours of training on the subject, of Reflexology at Massage Schools

I teach Reflexology as an elective in at several Massage Schools here in the
Washington, DC metro area. The elective hours range from a one day class for 8
hours or a 2 day class for 16 hours. Most massage therapist are not fully
trained in the art of Reflexology. They are only introduced to the bare basics
of Reflexology, which focus on technique and not theory or application.

I initially ask this question, and still no one, answered it correctly. What I
wanted to know was,if any person that attends, a Massage school, besides the
standard curriculum, how many hours, are there directly allocated, on the
subject, of Reflexology.Does anyone know ?

There is no definitive answer to that question. Some massage curriculum offer 12 hours, some 24, some less than 12, some more that twelve. The book used for...
