PS; Re: [Reflexology Community ] I Give Up- Here Are Your Free Charts

Chronic myopia as well as other visual/sight disorders
is caused by chronic habits of mental strain. A common side effect is chronic
tightness, discomfort in a muscle group such as the base of the neck in my case.
In time this tends to have manifest association with symptoms of depression.
Both the myopia and the muscle tightness seem to be quickly and readily
releived by hand and foot reflexology and head/facial massage. These benefits
nicely seem to overlap each other.

One might be massaging to relieve tightness at the base of the neck as
following the hand chart indicates and experience improvement in visual clarity
as a collateral benefit/result.
