Our group was formed to provide a supportive community for those who want an energetic and enjoyable lifestyle of eating nutrient-rich, properly prepared whole foods while not compromising the ability of future generations to do the same. We study the guiding principles advocated by nutrition pioneers such as Dr. Weston A. Price and others. In support of these principles, our group hosts monthly meetings and other events on supportive topics and provides information on sources of organic foods, raw milk products from pasture-fed livestock, pasture-fed eggs and livestock and properly produced whole foods in Northern Illinois and surrounding areas.

Although our meetings are held in Downers Grove, IL (in Dupage County), living in our area is NOT a requirement for membership if you are willing to travel to our meetings and participate.
