Hi Everyone!
I am a 40 year old female who weighs about 205 pounds. I started my
journey weighing about 245 pounds last September. I was tired. I
had chest pains, headaches, pain in my legs and feet. I was and
still am fat. No beating around the bush. Today I am loving the
changes. I've dropped from a size 24-26 to a size 16-18-20 depending
on what I wear. I still have a long way to go, but I will accomplish
my goals. What is my goal? My goal is to be at the most 150 pounds.
My doctor says 175, but I know I'll do better than that. If you want
