Many thanks again to Kathy, Penny, and Heidi for volunteering to be
on the selection committee. Others are welcome, but I think the 4 of
us should be able to get things rolling.
I agree with Heidi that 500 may not be enough to make a true
difference. Unfortunately, we may not have much more than that in
the fund unless we are able to raise more serious money. Perhaps we
should wait and see-- the donation link on Fact Family gives people a
pretty easy way to donate (I, personally, love being able to point
and click, and have it be finished).
I am hoping that one of you wants to lead the charge for
fundraising. What a wonderful purpose this fund gives those that
help out!
