I guess these will all be decided by the Selections Committee, but I don't see
any reason
why we can't start discussing ideas ... I'm wondering if there will be any
*requirements* for
applying in the first place, and how the committee would possibly be able to
choose from
amongst the deserving families if there is more need than monies available??
Would it be a
"lottery" (ie just a draw?)

BTW, are tax receipts able to be issued yet? Maybe we need to remind people to
make a
donation before the end of the year to get a tax receipt for 2006?
