I'm so envious, I wish my power was back on.

We currently have 30 or so applicants for the RDI scholarship and I
still get a new one every now and then. Originally we were hoping to
make an award over the summer, but we held off due to lack of funds.
I'm wondering what the current funding situation is like and whether
or not we can make an award now, or whether Nicole and her group will
have the new non-profit put together quickly enough that we should
hold off until then. I would like to update all those families who
have already applied.
