Hi Joe -

I get North*Star liver and I've frozen it for over 3 months with, maybe,
a loss of only about 5% vitality (as measured by my taste and smell).
It's a good trade as their liver is the best I've eaten - ever. (100%
grass-fed *does* make a difference).
