Having problems with message search?
Dear Tori,
A long-time supporter living near High Park called me and told me of the torrents of rain predicted with the severe weather warning that may contributed to the plane crash.
The thought entered my mind for a moment, to ask her to walk over to announce the last minute cancellation, should someone arrive, except her health is not that strong and it is a hearty task for her in the best of conditions. So it was impossible for me to ask. She has never actually made it to one of our High Park meetings in good weather.
I was no where near a computer and neither was she, and she does not use one casually, to protect her health. I spoke to her about you coming from Mississauga and we hoped for the best - that you would hear the forecast and take shelter.
Thank you for your valiant effort. I too was eagar and disappointed, expecting to meet you, since we have been corresponding so much lately.
Do you want to reschedule for another date in August, or is it better to wait for the September meeting?
