Dear Friends of Natural Hygiene,
Natural Hygiene
Support Group
Welcome to the Natural Hygienic Movement!
Come to the meetings & learn the
perfect diet & lifestyle of great health.
If you’re just beginning, receive support;
if you’re an accomplished hygienist,
share ideas & experiences
with like-minded friends.
Welcome to our Toronto, Ontario, Canada Support Group.
Should you not be able to attend in person, please join us in spirit.
This meeting is about holding the light and shining it out to the world, about sharing what we can do, to potentially defeat what Hygienists call toxaemia.
Our topic this month is:
"Arthritis: The Road Back to Health - Hope for the Afflicted"
Arthritis need not be a long-term sentence; there IS a solution.
It can be prevented and permanently relieved without the use of drugs, surgery or other conventional treatments. We shall discuss in detail the following:
* symptoms
* failure of conventional treatments
* cause
* prevention
* rational treatment and recovery
* illustrative case histories.
We meet on the first Tuesday of each month for an
optional shared dinner and discussion.
We gather indoors during the cooler times and outdoors when warmer.

Directions
If you are coming by public transit, “High Park” is a TTC station.
Walk into the
park and proceed south alongside the ingoing road until you see a concession booth with a public telephone on the side of it.
The covered picnic tables where we meet are just a little farther on, a bit to the west of the road, before the playground, in Picnic Area 3.
Allow yourself about 15 minutes to walk in.
If you are driving, enter the park by the front gate, a little west of Keele on the south side of Bloor. Please come early; there is a little bit of free parking and if the weather is forecast to be warm and sunny, most spots will likely be filled.
If you need to park and walk, there are always free spaces at the Grenadier Restaurant in the centre of the park.

Discussion & Offering
What we do is share our experiences of how to we go to the limit to allow the
Laws of Nature to take effect,
guided by all the Spiritual Laws,
mainly the Law of Love and the Law of Mercy.
We have the very great fortune to have an Advanced Master with us to teach, a Representative of the Hierarchy, carrying out their will on Earth, and a Representative of the Great White Brotherhood and Sisterhood, Mark Ansara.
Your Suggested Donation is a free will offering.
Please feel free to bring your research on each topic to the meetings to share.
