Thanks for the suggestion, I love seaweed but dr. Graham suggest it is a fertilizer not human food. So I am a bit confused. And maybe it is to do with the iodine. When I was eating cooked food I had a dificiency of that element but on the 80-10-10 things should get back to balance. I am not sure. I am quiet new at this. Julia |
