Dear Friends of Natural Hygiene,

One person has confirmed and reserved his food, since he is coming in late.

Everyone else:

Please brown bag it at this point, or let me know today to purchase food for you. Out of courtesy to our needs, Daddy-o's is not obligating us to buy their food. You may if you want to.

The facility rental does not include napkins, plates and cutlery. I can bring tableware for a few people, for those who ask me ahead of time, including the one person who has already booked.

We need to choose today to either pay the owner of Daddy-o's $5 per person solely for room rental or a $30 flat rate, depending on if we can certainly bring out 6 people or more. This is on top of the cost of your food. Please let me know by 6 pm tonight.

We have reserved the little meeting place with a couch and 2 armchairs at the back and with a TV and VCR, and Mark is bringing 3 VHS videos:

1) "Your Key to Dynamic Health," by T. C. Fry with Peter Bard and guests; published by Life Science Institute in 1986; approx. 80 minutes; includes discussion of the 19 elements of health, food combining principles and the most commonly asked questions about Natural Hygiene,

2) "Nutrition in a Nutshell: The Basic Four?," with Dr. Ralph C. Cinque and Dr. Roseann Kutschke, from Life Science Institute, 1986; 97 minutes,

3) "The High Energy Diet," by Dr. Douglas Graham, 1991. approx time 1 hour.
(Note: Mark still has extra copies of this one for sale - $20.00 each plus taxes,
brand new, still sealed in plastic wrapping.)

We can watch half a video for choice #1 or #2 or the entire #3 and for the remaining time discuss our topic of the month. Please RVSP and vote for what you would really enjoy!

 We will meet at Daddy-o's,
221 Roncesvalles Avenue, Toronto,
Phone (416) 534-0139.

By TTC, from Dundas West station,
take the King 504 streetcar south.
Exit at High Park Boulvard near the Royal Bank on the east side.
Cross to the east side of Roncesvalles at the traffic light
and proceed three quarters of a block south to Daddy-o's.

Arrive at 6 pm

for a community dinner and discussion til 8 pm.

Please be prepared to purchase
a fresh organic raw vegan hygienic shared dinner.
Latecomers are welcome.
Just let us know ahead,
so that we save some food for you.

Please confirm to this e-mail address ASAP
or call 416-653-0300,
to enable us
to have your meal
fresh organic raw vegan
hygienically catered.

We need your reservations please
to know how much food to buy!
    Our topic this month is:

    Tuesday November 6, 2007 - Discussion:
"The Early History of Natural Hygiene"

All about the 19th century pioneers; how it all got started and became an organized movement. In 1822 Dr. Isaac Jennings gave up drugging his patients. Thirty years later he made it public. Drs. Graham and Trall taught "self-healing". At that time raw foods were rarely eaten and people died from common illnesses.

Please feel free to bring your research for the discussion on each topic to the meetings to share with others.

Please check our group website often to keep up to date.

    Best regards,

    Dianne
