Dear Friends of Natural Hygiene,
We will meet at High Park again, because the weather is forecast to be warm,
with a High of 25°C, a Low of 12°C and Sunny.
Remember to bring something cosy such as a heavy sweater or fall jacket.
We meet at the covered picnic tables by the playground, Picnic Area # 3, just south of the concessions stand with the public telephone, unless it is too cool or wet and then we leave a note and retreat to Grenadier Restaurant within High Park.
at 6 pm for a whole raw organic foods potluck dinner til 8pm,
(bring no starches for this meal please).
