Re: water-fast ,fasting supv., and raw food classes

Hi Jo-Jo and All !!

Congratualtions on your fast, Jo-Jo!
I am a licenced Life Science Practitioner, aka, Natural Hygienist. I
would be happy to guide you in how to break a fast. It is best to
have a fasting superisor for fasts over 7 days.

I share your frustration in being out-of-the area. I live outside of
Toronto...only about 1 + hours away... but just enough to make it a
hassle to attend the potlucks, especially if they're during the week.

In my health practice I consult with clients here in my home in
Elora (Ontario) and also on-line. If you want to talk privately you
can e-mail.
I also offer classes on preparing raw food dishes to support my
clients and others in making the transition to a healthier lifestyle.
I travel to teach and will do custom classes anywhere.

I am very open, so don't hesitate to chat.

Cheers!
- Glori
