There is a wealth of hygienic information on this site for you.

As hygienists, we do not eat the regular fare of the general raw
foodists. Please see the FAQ in the Database, including Dr. Doug
Graham's answers #1.03, #1.04, #1.06 & #1.36 and the descriptive
answer to 'Raw Food, General - What is Non-Hygienic Raw?'. We
approve of the other group's postings of their pot-luck meetings in
the spirit of community. (Also, a hygienist would not take dessert.)

Do you have a hygienic fasting supervisor, if you decide to continue
on?
