At the Total Health Show (http://www.totalhealthshow.com) next weekend in Toronto, Chad Sarno, a raw food chef will be hosting a workshop/raw food demo.

For those of you who haven't heard of Chad, Chad's reputation goes before him. He is known as "the king of uncooked cuisine and chef to the stars", described by Woody Harrelson as "the greatest raw food chef alive". He worked as head chef at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center, and went on to help train a whole host of raw chefs and restaurant owners to hone their preparation skills of raw and living foods to an art form.

The details of the program follow:

Chad will discuss: philosophy of raw cuisine; value of organics; kitchen equipment; sprouted foods; food combining; conscious food prep, the power of intention; therapeutic vs. comforting foods; sensual food preparation ' knowledge of using all senses in food prep; cultural cuisine; herbs vs. spices; importance of recipe development; mocking favorite cooked recipes. Questions and answers will complete the evening.
