Hi,
I am a vegan and have recently joined this group and
would like know more on what should one bring to the
Potluck.
I am not sure on what would be considered fully raw? I
can think of salads, fruits and nuts. Is it possible
to buy something from the store?
I have been a Vegan for couple of years now and am
more of a raw vegan now.... but because of my hectic
professional life in IT industry, don't have much time
to prepare raw food at home.
Any thoughts and ideas on how to Go completly raw
without giving in to the hunger pangs and nutritional
deficiency?
Thanks
Bhaskar
