Except that Obama has called for the resurgence of small family localized farm
systems and the dissolution of CAOF's so my guess is that the quote in question
is more about getting rid of giant ag and getting back to localized systems. 
Remember his only eats organic at home and is a big Michael Pollan fan.  We'll
have to wait and see.
