if you breed with 2 bucks in the pen or you breed in hand and breed one doe to 2
different bucks back to back you do run the chance of having a doe have kids out
of 2 different sires.
it all depends on whitch sperm are the strongest and which buck has a higher
sperm count.
we had it happen a couple tines with some of our nubian does. our dubian buck
bred them as planed and then the does whent and got bred by our alpine buck
through the fence....you could definently tell the difference.
but the oddest thing i have to say we have had happen is when we had a doe kid a
good single kid one day and 2 days latter had another....we were thinking it was
a different mom or we missred a tag...or we where going crazy. But we had the
kids and mom blood tested and sure enough they were both hers.
hope that helps a bit

I do not have personal experience with this but have heard of it before
and also eggs being fertilized by different sires- just like with
people.

bred twice! Has anyone else had anything like this happen before?
