Description

Welcome to the Raw Goat Milk Group!

We're a group of those who have found Raw Goat Milk beneficial to our health and well being. Join our group today & share your knowledge on dairy goat care, questions, concerns, health information, & where Raw Milk is legally avalible. Only in the last hundred years or so has milk been pasteurized. If you perfer pasteurized milk that is fine, but there are those of us who have found Raw Goat's Milk is a Marvel of Nature.

Back in the 20s, Americans could buy fresh raw whole milk, real clabber and buttermilk, luscious naturally yellow butter, fresh farm cheeses and cream in various colors and thickness. Today's milk is accused of causing everything from allergies to heart disease to cancer, but when Americans could buy Real Milk, these diseases were rare. In fact, a supply of high quality dairy products was considered vital to American security and the economic well being of the nation. Milk, as a food, has long been recognized as the most nearly complete food. Since the days of King Solomon, goat's milk has been held by the informed as being superior to any other kind.

Cow's milk is fine for some and also has some benefits but some people with weak or diseased stomachs may find it harder to digest. Goat's milk is much better because it forms a soft, small, easily digested curd in the human stomach and eases the digestive process. Great for Kefir Making!

Goats milk contains most of the known vitamins and a large number of the rare mineral elements so necessary to the proper maintenance of human health. As the Journal of American Medicine states, "Goat's milk is the most complete food known."

We're an informal, friendly international group that's here for you to meet others who share your interest, be helpful and promote the discovery of Raw Goat Milk.
