This group is for targetted individuals and researchers: both those who have been targetted with nuclear substances (in addition to the more well-publicized non-lethal weapons) and researchers concerned with the application of nuclear substances to mind control and health adaptation. The latter is a CIA euphemism for damaging the health of a target for political ends.
