Pyschologically, it usually requires certain scare tactics in order for a smoker
to think about the actual process of trying to stop. Here's one: Are you aware
that 443,000 Americans and 45,000 Canadians are killed each and every year from
smoking related illness as per the World Health Organization. That is scary and
usually it prompts the smoker to light up. But in the back of his head he begins
to think about stopping.

Stopping smoking on the other hand is very easy to do:

First you need to understand The Secret to Quitting Smoking Get it here for
Free.

www.theonlywaytostopsmokingeasily.com

Then you must take the course I have created, after months of studying the
problem, called The ONLY Way to Stop Smoking Easily.
Four days later you will have stopped smoking permanently. I guarantee it.

Get it here before the price increase on January 10, 2010. Stop Smoking Before
Christmas. Before you are surrounded by kids.

It is literally Do or Die! Get the course here for only $19.95 Now!

I do not want to join a group that sends out spam. That si for sure. I was
hoping that this group was seriously involved in trying to stop smoking.

I have smoked for ever 35 miserable years. I have lost both legs bel0w the knees
and now have congestive heart failure both caused by smoking.
I finally discovered the Secret To Quitting Smoking seven years after my
amputation. I give away this Secret Report here for FREE:
www.theonlywaytostopsmokingeasily.com

I studied and studied the problems of stopping smoking and have created a course
on The ONLY Way to Stop Smoking Easily. It costs onlhy $19.95 and you get all
the suport ne needs.

Yup... stress will do that and a divorce is a list topper :-( Will you
be going cold turkey or using an aid ( patch, gum ...etc. ). The first
week is the toughest... drink plenty of fluids, exercise helps and mix
up your routine. Post to a group regularly at any time and just
vent. Having been down this road I'm sure much of this will come
back... the good, bad and the ugly :-) Oh and find a quit meter...helps
to see time pass.

I started smoking again 11 years ago when I was going thru a divorce and have

I read a few books on smoking cessation before quitting the last time and found
them to be very helpful. I have joined this group with hopes for re-learning

To provide some context, I smoked increasingly toward 2 packs a day for 10
years, from the age of 22 to 32 before making this decision that I just couldnt'
live the addiction anymore. Again, strength with you in success and solidarity
with you as you try, maybe fail, but maintain the belief that you deserve better
for yourself, that no matter who you are, you deserve to be happier than this
evil weed allows. DON"T GIVE UP!

Just wanted to report to this group that tomorrow I will celebrate one
month since I bought my last pack of cigarettes, with the help of Chantix, after
all other methods had failed for me. There have been some negative reports on
depression and suicidal thoughts side affects with Chantix, but I didn't have
any. It was still really hard to go cold turkey, but I really believe the
serotonin re-uptake inhibitor and anti-depressant components of this new med
helped me make the break from the addiction. I had to purchase it out of health
plan, so don't know how expensive it is in a plan, but it was $200/month for 3
months without a health plan. VERY WORTH IT, considering what I've been spending
on cigarettes and all the other health and well-being components.

I write this not to brag, but to let everyone who reads this know my thoughts
are with you, there are people out there who believe in you, and you really can
beat this beast and live a fully, happier, healthier life. I can't describe the
pain I went through in making the addiction break, but there is also no way I
can put into words the feeling of liberation you'll start to feel if you can
just push through that 3-5 day threshold.

Best and love to all in your recovery, feel free to reply if you would like to
set up some back and forth communication and speak with me more. I would love
the chance to be an allie for someone struggling right now.

We're not responsible for our disease, but our recovery is within every one of
us.

can put into words the feeling of liberation you'll start to feel if you can
just push through that 3-5 day threshold.

Best and love to all in your recovery, feel free to reply if you would like to
set up some back and forth communication and speak with me more. I would love
the chance to be an allie for someone struggling right now.

We're not responsible for our disease, but our recovery is within every one of
us.
