Hi Sharon,
I'm Gary and I quit when i was 41 after smoking since is was about 15, I also
quit several times before this became my final one, and like you i knew this was
it. I quit using patches and of course an element of will power ;-).
On July 16th i will have been free from cigarettes for 2 years, and it feels
great i can tell you.

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Sharon and I quit on
Wed/July 8th 2009. I'm 42 and started smoking when I was 15. I've quit several
