Welcome Sharon .... this you can do and all of us here are your support
system. So many of us started young and went into our 50's and later to
quit. Are you using any aids to help ? If you are many here can help
with use, side effects and effectiveness. Some of us went cold turkey
and can help you if this is your course. No matter what ... drink
plenty of fluids... vary your routine as smoking is related to
patterns...phone, food ,vehicles .... and above all... remember
cravings will go away whether you smoke or not :-)
