---Sugar is stimulating the brain's dopamines and serotonin.Nicotine
is a stimulant as well.So you deprive your system from Nicotine as
you quit.By then, it switches to other dopamines and serotonin
triggers as :Sugar especially chocolate.It's a stage.It would
