We all need support, new quitter, old quitter, person facing new things
in life and trying not to revert back to old negative, unhealthy
patterns. Everyone needs support, because while the cravings may go
away, people mistakenly think thats the end of it. Yes and no.
Yes, I don't feel like I'm going to pull my and everyone elses hair out
if I don't smoke.
But also, there are stresses that everyone encounters, helping others
get free of the nicodemon helps us stay off the nicodemon.
Some, quit smoking and never think twice about it. Stress doesn't
bring back the thought of smoking or any of the stinking thinking that
goes with any addiction.
But some find, that it helps them to remember the struggles by helping
others through them. :-)
It's great to see you on here too Jamie. It has been way to long.
