Toe Tapping for Reducing Headache   Message List

When the body is in balance and optimal health is achieved, the water
energy is located in the head and the fire energy is maintained in
the abdomen. Dahnhak calls it "Water up/Fire Down(Water-Up-Fire-
Down)"
In the state of "Su-Seung-Hwa-Kang", the water energy in the kidneys
goes up and the fire energy in the heart comes down. The upward flow
of water energy makes the brain cool and fresh and the downward flow
of fire energy keeps the abdomen warm. In this state, the body's
system of energy circulation automatically functions well to maintain
optimal health and peace of mind. After restoring the body back to
balance through Dahnhak practice, "Su-Seung-Hwa-Kang" is the natural
state of a healthy body.
Toe Tapping Exercise helps circulation to the lower extremities and
balance water/fire energy to their appropriate locations
How to Do It:
1.You can perform this exercise from either the lying down or sitting
up position.
2.If lying down, place your hands on your abdomen. Move the toes side
to side, touching them, and then alternately touching the floor with
your little toes while keeping your heels together throughout the
exercise. Begin with one hundred times and increase with practice.
