Does anyone here have any experience with Yan Xin Qigong?
There is a center near my home and I was thinking of giving it a
try. I do some yoga at home, and I lift weights and practice martial
arts. I'm trying to explore some spiritual aspects of these various
arts, and trying to figure out which way to go. I know that chi for
the Chinese and prana for the Indians seems to be the same force. I
want to enrich my life and try to keep my health as I get older.
Any responses dealing with Yan Xin or advice in general would be
welcome.
