Infinity sign exercise for balancing left and right brain   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #46 of 247 |
When your head feels heavy and your eyes are tired, try the 'Infinity
Sign' practice. It helps relieve stiffness in the hands, arms and
shoulders as well as balancing and relaxing the movement of the eyes.
This exercise integrates the functions of left and right brain, which
enhances thinking power, memory and concentration.
So, let's begin!
Drawing an Infinity Sign with your right hand
1. Stretch out your right arm with your thumb up.
2. Slowly draw an infinity sign with your arm, with your eyes
following your thumb.
3. Start drawing towards the left and upward.
4. Concentrate on the left side of your brain and feel the brain
stimulated and brightened.

Drawing an Infinity Sign with your left hand
1. Stretch out your left arm with your thumb up.
2. Slowly draw the infinity sign with your eyes following your thumb.
3. Start drawing towards the right and upward.
4. Feel the right brain awaken.

When you have a difficult problem or you need to concentrate on your
thoughts, draw the infinity sign. Your head will lighten up!
