PRANAYAMA FOR CONTROL OVER HOW MUCH YOU ARE EATING
AND THE CONTROL OF METABOLISM -

People who have no control over their metabolism cannot control their
eating. It is a problem for many people. This breath exercise
(pranayama) works to balance the metabolism and control eating.

Sit in Easy Crossed Legged Posture on in a comfortable chair. Try to
keep the spine straight.

Close off the right nostril. Breath continuously through the left
nostril. Breathe long and deep.

Work up to 31 minutes a day for 90 days with this pranayama
